Onboarding: The Healthspan Architecture Intake

Immediately upon joining, you will receive our comprehensive Architecture Audit to be filled out digitally. This is not a standard gym questionnaire; it is a deep dive into your biological history, psychological drivers, and logistical constraints.

  • The Objective: To extract the raw data required to build your custom R&D Blueprint.

  • The Directive: Must be submitted 24 hours prior to Session 1 to allow for analysis.

Session 1: The Deep Dive (Mind & Metrics)

  • Focus: The "Software" Upgrade.

  • Action: A 90-minute intake. We take your vitals, history, and map your Telos (purpose). We set up your digital trackers and establish your nutritional baseline and go over your Architecture blueprint plan.

Session 2: The Hardware (Strength)

  • Focus: Injury Prevention & Longevity.

  • Action: We strip away bad form and teach you the strength techniques required to maintain muscle mass as you age.

Session 3: The Engine (Endurance)

  • Focus: VO2 Max & Aerobic Capacity.

  • Action: We test and train your heart and lungs in the elements (Track/Beach). You cannot have a long life with a weak engine.

Sessions 4-5: The Hybrid (Guardrails)

  • Focus: Adaptation & Barriers.

  • Action: A blend of strength and psychology. We review your data, identify where you are struggling, and adjust your "guardrails" to ensure progress over perfection.

Session 6: The Review (Evolution)

  • Focus: The Path Forward.

  • Action: A full review of your vitals and progress. We assess your transformation and set your independent plan for the future.
